Since its founding as far back as 1967, the Order of Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba has knighted people from all over the world who, for their professional activity or particular merit in the field of food and wine, have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate a genuine interest in and passion for the Langa.

Anyone who is passionate about and has an interest in the wines, products, traditions and landscape of our regionโ€ฆ

All those who genuinely share the desire to promote the cuisine and wines of Alba can apply for membership of the Order of Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba.

How to apply

The application and curriculum vitae should be filled in and sent to the Order by e-mail addressed to: segreteria@cavalierideltartufo.it

An entrance fee* plus the membership fee calculated in proportion to the Annual Fee of the first year will be required. The admission fee includes: the membership fee for the current year, the Collar with Medallion bearing oneโ€™s name, the certificate of proclamation, some publications, photographs of oneโ€™s Investiture, the annual membership card of the Order (with discount 10% on purchases at the Castle of Grinzane). You will acquire the right to participate in the Chapters organized by the Order and the opportunity to present new Knights. The card will be renewed every year upon payment of the annual fee established by the Ruling Council.

* ATTENTION: Knights who apply for join a Delegation of the Order will have to pay the entry fee of the amount established by the Council of the Delegation itself.
