This website uses its own cookies in order to make its services as efficient and easy to use as possible. Third party cookies may also be used to detect users’ browsing data. By using our website, users declare that they have read this notice on the use of cookies. Reference is made to the Data Controller, who is the party identified on the website’s home page.

What are cookies?

Cookies are text files containing packets of information which are stored on your computer or mobile device each time you visit a website online using a browser. On each subsequent visit, the browser sends these cookies to the website they came from or to another website. The cookies enable the websites to remember information that allows for fast, seamless browsing online. You can disable all the cookies by changing your browser settings. However, if you disable cookies some of our services may not work correctly, and you will not be able to access functions designed to optimize your browsing experience on the website.

The cookies on our website

This website uses technical and analytic cookies, which can be used without requesting the user’s consent as they are strictly necessary for the supplying of the service. Third party profiling cookies may also be used subject to consent, which is given to the third parties by accessing the relevant information on the use of cookies. We reserve the right to publish updated information on the types of cookie used, and the references needed to know the specific purposes of their use. The types of cookie which may be used on this website are described below, along with their purposes. Cookies may be erased when the browser is closed (session cookies) or they may remain on the device after leaving a website (persistent cookies).

Strictly necessary cookies

Technical cookies are required for browsing on our website and to use certain functions. Without them, the online services which are normally offered by the website may not be accessible. They allow users to navigate pages efficiently, and to use the website’s various options and services: for example, identifying a session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the elements contained in a previous request, carrying out a purchasing order or storing a quotation. No consent is necessary for technical cookies, because they are essential to ensuring the providing of services. Technical cookies can be blocked or removed by altering your browser options. However, if they are disabled or removed, it may not be possible to access particular areas of the website or to use some of its services.

Cookies for anonymous performance analysis

Cookies of this type are used to collect information on the use of the website. The Controller uses this information for statistical analysis, to improve the website and simplify its use, and to monitor its correct operation. This type of cookie collects information anonymously on users’ activity on the website, how they came to the website and the pages they have visited. They are sent by the website itself, or by third party domains. By continuing to use the website and its functions you authorize us (and any external advertisers on this website) to add performance cookies to your browsing device. To manage or remove performance cookies, see the last section of this Cookie Policy. In particular, the website may use Google Analytics, which helps website and app providers to understand how visitors interact with their content. It may use a set of cookies to collect information and generate statistics on the use of a website without identifying individual visitors, and pixel tags – as well as some marketing cookies – to enable us to show the most relevant results in Google technology (such as Google Search) and throughout the Web. For further information, see the Analytics cookies and privacy website.

Third party tracking cookies

This type of cookie is used to collect information on the use of the website by visitors, the keywords used to reach the site, the websites visited and where visitor traffic comes from for marketing campaigns. The Controller may use this information to make reports and improve the website. The cookies are sent by the website itself and from third party domains, and they collect information anonymously.

Profiling cookies

Cookies of this kind are used to save personal choices (language, country or other online settings), to provide customized or optimized functions which we presume may be preferred by the user, and to save habits or preferences shown when browsing. Profiling cookies may be used to offer online services, to send targeted advertising that takes your interests into account, or to prevent your being offered services you have refused in the past. They may be supplied by third parties, and in this case reference must be made for consent to the use of the cookies to the third party’s privacy policy.

Third party websites

The website may also contain links to other third party websites with their own privacy notices, which cavalierideltartufo.it cannot be held responsible for. The website also reserves the right to use the Google Adwords remarketing tool, which allows us to publish adverts that are customized on the basis of the visits of users to our website. So some of the pages on our website include a “remarketing code”, which enables browser cookies to be read and configured in order to establish what kind of advert will be displayed depending on data relating to your visit to our website, such as browsing history, pages actually visited or actions taken within the pages. The remarketing lists created in this way are stored in a database on the Google servers where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or category of interests are stored. The information obtained only enables Google to identify the browser, not the user. For more information on Google Remarketing, visit the Google Remarketing Support page.
For further information on Google’s Privacy Standards, visit the Google Standards page.
Authorization to collect and store data may be withdrawn at any time. Users can disable the use of cookies by Google in their browser settings.
