North East Italy Delegation

The North East Italy Delegation was established in 2017 under the leadership of Master Gianmarco Sciacchero. A Chapter is held each year in January dedicated to the Piedmontese Gran Bollito (a dish of mixed boiled meats) in the prestigious setting of Piazza Bra, near the Arena in the centre of Verona.

Since 2021 the Delegation has been led by Maestro JC Viens.
